Do you offer free estimates or consultations?
Yes! Our first meeting to look at your home and discuss your project ideas is 100% free of charge. After that meeting, we will draft an estimate for you to review. We may charge for ongoing consultations, depending on the circumstances.
Do you do all the work yourself?
It depends on the project. For small renovations, we generally do the work ourselves. There are some aspects to renovations that the state requires us to have a licensed professional complete the work, (i.e. electrical and plumbing). For larger projects, like kitchens or remodels, we may hire other companies to complete some pf the work. In our time, we have established great relationships with many other companies, and we only hire those that we feel confident can meet our high expectations.
