Do you offer free estimates or consultations?
Yes! We will schedule a meeting at your home to discuss what you have in mind for your project. After that, we will send you an estimate for the work. All 100% free of charge. We may charge for ongoing consultations, depending on the circumstances.
Do you do all the work yourself?
It depends on the project. For small renovations, we generally do the work ourselves. There are some aspects to renovations that the state requires us to have a licensed professional complete the work, (i.e. electrical and plumbing). For larger projects, like kitchens or remodels, we may hire other companies to help complete some of the work in order to move the project to the finish line faster.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing, but we can work with your bank, credit union, or another credible lender to help complete your project.
How long do these renovations take?
It can vary drastically depending on the type and scope of the project, the home, and other variables. Here are some typical timeframes for different projects:
Bathroom Renovations: 3-5 weeks
Kitchen Renovations: 4-8 weeks
Basement Renovations: 6-12 weeks
ADU Conversions: 12-20 weeks
How do you guarantee your work?
We have a 30-day guarantee. After a renovation is complete, we will return to your home, free-of-charge, if there is a problem resulting from the renovation. For instance, if you find that there is a small drip from your bathroom sink after we installed a new vanity, we will fix it at no charge. Maybe you plug in your microwave after we finished your kitchen and the outlet is not working: we will fix the problem for free.
